Therese Boisvert Strives to Inspire Positive Change in her Community

Therese A. Boisvert is a Credentialing Compliance Coordinator for Logistics Health Incorporated. The company is dedicated to addressing critical medical military readiness concerns, such as anthrax. The company works with the government to provide these health services through on-location events. In her role, she works with the ones who provide the service and making sure their current malpractice is on file.  If not, she reaches out to the physician or where that physician works to get the insurance.  Her position will open up to running background checks for them.  This position combines what she did in her previous years in the medical field as well as the background checks she ran while at the Diocese of La Crosse.

In her current position with Logistics Health Incorporated, Ms. Boisvert maintains records for physicians, physician assistants, dentists, nurses and anyone else who provides services to service members who are currently servicing the country or the veterans who have served. The company ensures that they have the malpractice insurance, licensing, background checks and training in order and up to date. Ms. Bosivert really felt that she needed to get back into the medical field and saw that she really did miss it. She needed the time away, but it is like she never left.

She has previously worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Moderator of the Curia & Vicar General of the Diocese of La Crosse. In this capacity, Ms. Boisvert utilized her ever-emergent skill set in education and computer systems to assist the Vicar of Clergy with Priests in dealing with immigration issues. She supported the Vicar General and Bishop with their day to day communications, and oversaw the two libraries at the sacred office of catechesis and evangelization, and champions objectives to possibly set up a third. Moreover, Ms. Boisvert helped establish consistency in the Church's library system. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to enlightening and inspiring others through positive change through education and communication, Ms. Boisvert makes every effort to help those with whom she works by keeping them informed. Furthermore, she conducted alcohol and drug screening analyses, maintained workers' compensation status reports, scheduled appointments, entered data into the medical software system and worked closely with companies throughout the United States regarding physicals.  She originally left the health care field and took her position with The Roman Catholic Diocese of La Crosse because she felt it was a good fit for her. Ms. Boisvert has always volunteered her time and devotes much of her time helping others. She works with the Parish Council of Catholic Women in hospitality and policy. Ms. Boisvert volunteered for eight years with the education committee. She worked with the students and always tries to make a difference. Over the years, Ms. Boisvert watched children so that families would be able to go to church.

Ms. Boisvert was named Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and a Worldwide Who’s who Professional of the Year in Health Care for her work in occupational health and safety. Prior to her position with the Diocese of La Crosse she worked at Gundersen Lutheran and conducted alcohol and drug screening analyses. When she was with the Diocese of La Crosse, she supported the initiatives of a faith community that is home to more than 200,000 Catholics, consisting of 19 counties across Wisconsin.
